About the event

Join us for a transformative webinar experience tailored to help you manage anger in the workplace. It is led by Evelina Silveira, whose expertise in anger management stems from years of facilitating anger management groups for court-mandated clients. This webinar offers practical strategies and reflective exercises to help navigate difficult emotions and improve relationships.

If you struggle with anger at work, this webinar is designed specifically for you. Learn practical suggestions and engage in reflective exercises to enhance your emotional well-being and interpersonal dynamics.

In this guided anger management webinar, participants will receive a comprehensive workbook in advance, allowing for deeper engagement and personalized reflection. Topics covered include identifying personal anger signs, understanding triggers, managing self-talk, employing anger de-escalation techniques, and embracing personal responsibility for emotional responses.

Please note that while this webinar provides valuable tools and insights, it is not a substitute for therapy or counselling for individual anger management issues.
