CREATING CLIENT-CENTRED AND COMMUNITY RESPONSIVE SETTLEMENT AGENCIES 

This webinar ddresses how settlement agencies can be more responsive to both their clients and the community at large. The webinar will draw from the facilitator's experiences as a former worker in several settlement serving agencies, board member, business owner and consultant.  Approaching the subject from an honest, objective, critical and holistic lens, the facilitator will present participants with new ways of viewing issues resulting in strengthening the relevancy of their mission by improving service delivery and enhancing community accountability.

Evelina Silveira is the President of Diversity at Work Communications Training located in London, Ontario.  Her business has received 7 awards for their work in diversity, workplace inclusion and equity.  She is the author of two globally endorsed books,  The No-Nonsense Guide to Workplace Inclusion and Diversity and Inclusion on a Budget.  Her expertise rests in cultural competency, anti-bullying and Language Coaching for English as a Second Language Professionals.
